Mr. Sharad Aggarwal is an accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience. He has a strong focus on sustainability, governance, and long-term organizational excellence. Passionate about ESG and actively involved in CSR initiatives, he consistently advocates responsible business practices and climate change risk mitigation.

He also holds the position of Chief Executive Officer and Whole-Time Director at the BSE listed, Godfrey Phillips India Limited , the flagship company of Modi Enterprises - KK Modi Group and a Fortune 500 India and Economic Times 500 India company. An alumnus of Harvard University, Mr. Aggarwal is a graduate of the prestigious REC, Nagpur, and holds a PGDBM from IMT, Ghaziabad. He is also a certified Six Sigma Black Belt, reflecting his structured and process-driven approach to leadership.

A lifelong learner and industry contributor, he is actively associated with leading bodies such as the PHD Chamber of Commerce and FICCI and serves as Chairman of the Tobacco Institute of India. His engagements reflect a deep commitment to industry development, sustainability, and social causes.

Mr. Bharat Khemka brings over 15 years of cross-industry experience across Agrochemicals, Food & Beverages, Mining and BPO sectors. A Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and an MBA in Finance from Symbiosis International University, he has consistently driven revenue growth, margin improvement, and market share expansion.

He has held leadership roles across leading Indian and multinational organizations, working closely with promoters and global teams. His expertise spans business development, sales & marketing, strategy, finance, and commercial operations.

At Indofil, Mr. Khemka leads business growth and commercial excellence, with a strong focus on process-driven performance, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Namrata brings a remarkable 20-year career experience, making her an invaluable addition to our organization. Prior to joining Indofil, Namrata has had a successful career, having worked with reputable organizations such as Citec Engineering India Pvt. Ltd and SGS India Pvt. Ltd.

Namrata has been entrusted with the vital responsibility of enhancing and fortifying our HR processes. Additionally, she will lead the implementation of innovative initiatives aimed at transforming our People Strategy division into a profit centre, directly contributing to our overall business success.

With 21 years of diverse experience in Financial Planning, Raghu currently leads the entire Finance Function at Indofil, overseeing Corporate Finance, Business Finance, and subsidiaries. A graduate with a Bachelor of Commerce (Hons.) from Sambalpur University, he became a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India in 2002.

Raghu's expertise encompasses Finance Controllership, Planning, Analysis, Business Finance, Treasury, Accounting, and Subsidiaries Management in diverse industries and geographies.

Raghu has previously contributed his skills and knowledge to Future Group, Dupont, Axalta Coating Systems India and Huntsman International India.

Beyond the professional realm, he likes playing cricket, reading, and traveling.

With over 22 years of experience in the Agrochemicals industry, Simanta Das brings a wealth of knowledge to our international business division. By qualification, he is an Agri-graduate and Master in Agri Business Management. He has a proven track record in developing and managing export business of reputed Global agrochemical companies.

Simanta possesses extensive experience in key areas such as new business development, institutional sales in India, key account management, new product development, contract manufacturing, procurement, corporate strategy, and business turnaround initiatives.

Currently, Simanta serves as the head of the International Business Division at Indofil, where he is responsible for the complete P&L and leads a dynamic team to drive growth and innovation.

His previous roles include significant positions at Arysta Life Science and Atul Limited, where he also contributed in setting up a subsidiary in Brazil.

Being an avid traveller, he enjoys creating itineraries for his personal travel as well as for friends and family.

Amiya Kumar Bartia has been working with the company as Strategy Marketing Lead for Indofil agro business since Oct 2023. Academically ha has completed his M Sc in Agronomy and Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management from XIM Bhubaneswar. He has been a qualified Six Sigma practitioner and a trainer in marketing and leadership development. 

He is a resourceful, qualified, techno-commercial business professional leading a team of marketing, regulatory, patent, field R&D, NPD and strategic alliances in current role. 

His area of expertise is getting utilised for new products exploration and launch, protecting rights of commercialisation for key assets, and maintaining healthy relationship with strategic collaborators both for domestic and international business. 

He has almost twenty years of experience in domestic & global Crop protection industry and has held various roles in Sales, Demand generation, Strategic marketing in MNCs e.g. Dow AgroSciences, UPL and FMC.

Mr. Baxla, brings with him 25 years of rich Supply Chain experience in key areas namely Projects planning & implementation (strategic and tactical), Supply Chain operations - Supply Planning, Distribution, Warehouse Management, Production Planning, Shop Floor control, Demand Planning, Sales & Operations Planning, Inventory Management along with an exclusive experience in ERP implementation of Supply Chain modules at global level.

At Indofil, he heads Supply Chain & is responsible for Procurement, Demand & Supply Planning, International and Domestic Logistics

His past experiences include Henkel Adhesives Technologies India Limited, Castrol India Limited, BP LUBRICANTS, Asia & Pacific and LUBRICANTS UK LTD.
In his spare time, he enjoys Reading books and watching movies.  

Dr. Rajendra brings with himself over two decades of experience in Chemical synthesis of active ingredients, both in Agro Chemicals and Pharmaceuticals, and has several patents and scientific publications to his credit.

He has been active in various aspects of Chemical Synthesis such as new product development, process development, and CRAMS.

Through the course of his career, he has been associated with Indian and US based companies including Dr. Reddy’s, Piramal Health Care, and Medivation, Inc.

He has been a post-doctoral fellow at Colorado State University and University of Alberta. His expertise lies in focused delivery of new products and scalable technologies. Apart from his attachment with chemistry, he is a technophile and likes to spend time with gadgets.

Jayni Gada is Qualified Company Secretary and brings 4 years of experience in the corporate secretarial functions. She is Adroit at conceptualizing and implementing compliance procedures, internal regulatory control, and corporate governance. A multifaceted personality, passionate about controls and governance with compliance process excellence.

Prior to Indofil, Jayni has worked for VFS Global Services Private Limited handling International Compliances of approx. 20 overseas companies of 12 + locations across the globe. Apart from her compliance controls, she loves painting, cooking different delicacy’s and painting.
