Ms.Namrata brings a remarkable 20-year career experience, making her an invaluable addition to our organization. Prior to joining Indofil, Namrata has had a successful career, having worked with reputable organizations such as Citec Engineering India Pvt. Ltd and SGS India Pvt. Ltd.
Namrata has been entrusted with the vital responsibility of enhancing and fortifying our HR processes. Additionally, she will lead the implementation of innovative initiatives aimed at transforming our People Strategy division into a profit centre, directly contributing to our overall business success.

His expertise spans financial strategy, corporate governance, treasury, business transformation, and operational excellence. Ravi has a strong track record of driving sustainable growth, strengthening financial controls, and creating long-term value for stakeholders.

Mr. Balasubramanian Ramanathan (aka Bala) brings in an enriched experience of around 35 years in the field of Insights, Marketing and Strategy in leadership roles.
Prior to Indofil, Mr. Balasubramanian has guided Godfrey Phillips India Ltd. as Head of their Growth Office and Insights function.
He holds a Masters Degree from IIM-Ahmedabad. He has also completed a graduate degree in Computer Science from Pune University. He is a trained Marshall Goldsmith Professional Executive Coach.
As Head for Growth Strategy, he will be responsible for formulating the short-term and long-term strategic plan for Indofil detailing the strategy map, growth plans, anticipated challenges, manpower estimation, and overall responsibility to drive and deliver on Growth Office objectives etc.
In his free time, Bala likes to read – both fiction and non-fiction – books; as also listening to good country music, ghazals and old Hindi film songs.
Mr. Sebi holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from Government Engineering College, Trichur (University of Calicut), and an MBA from MP Bhoj Open University, Bhopal. Holds a black belt in lean six sigma. He brings rich experience from organizations including Albaugh India Pvt. Ltd., American Cyanamid, Coromandel Agrico Pvt. Ltd., Isagro Asia Agrochemicals Pvt. Ltd., and Atul Ltd., and leads the Agro Domestic Sales function with a focus on operational excellence.
Mr. S.K. Tiwari holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering from Bapuji Institute of Engineering & Technology and an MBA from Indira Gandhi National Open University. His prior experience spans Godfrey Phillips India Ltd., Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd., Fortis Healthcare Ltd., and Bhushan Steel & Strips Ltd., and he is focused on strengthening manufacturing operations, improving efficiency, and driving productivity.
Mr. Ashok holds a Master's degree in Marketing Management and an M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, and brings close to 30 years of experience in specialty chemicals from organizations including Gramercy Trade Industries Pvt. With over 22 years of experience in the Agrochemicals industry, Simanta Das brings a wealth of knowledge to our international business division. By qualification, he is an Agri-graduate and Master in Agri Business Management. He has a proven track record in developing and managing export business of reputed Global agrochemical companies.
Simanta possesses extensive experience in key areas such as new business development, institutional sales in India, key account management, new product development, contract manufacturing, procurement, corporate strategy, and business turnaround initiatives.
Currently, Simanta serves as the head of the International Business Division at Indofil, where he is responsible for the complete P&L and leads a dynamic team to drive growth and innovation.
His previous roles include significant positions at Arysta Life Science and Atul Limited, where he also contributed in setting up a subsidiary in Brazil.
Being an avid traveller, he enjoys creating itineraries for his personal travel as well as for friends and family.
Amiya Kumar Bartia has been working with the company as Strategy Marketing Lead for Indofil agro business since Oct 2023. Academically ha has completed his M Sc in Agronomy and Post Graduate Programme in Rural Management from XIM Bhubaneswar. He has been a qualified Six Sigma practitioner and a trainer in marketing and leadership development.
He is a resourceful, qualified, techno-commercial business professional leading a team of marketing, regulatory, patent, field R&D, NPD and strategic alliances in current role.
His area of expertise is getting utilised for new products exploration and launch, protecting rights of commercialisation for key assets, and maintaining healthy relationship with strategic collaborators both for domestic and international business.
He has almost twenty years of experience in domestic & global Crop protection industry and has held various roles in Sales, Demand generation, Strategic marketing in MNCs e.g. Dow AgroSciences, UPL and FMC.

Dr. Rashmi holds a Master's in Organic Chemistry from the University of Pune and a PhD in Organic Chemistry from Mumbai University, with her thesis on the "Design and Synthesis of Novel Molecules," along with an Executive MBA in Strategy and Marketing from IIM Kozhikode and patent courses from the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). With about three decades of experience in the agrochemicals (crop protection) industry, she has worked extensively across synthetic chemistry, global regulatory strategy and product registrations, product development, and international markets, and has actively defended products at the Stockholm and Rotterdam Conventions. Her prior experience includes Sontara Organo Industries, Gharda Chemicals, Evitek Lifesciences, Ascenza Agro, and Indofil Industries.
